All draws will be conducted at MS Queensland, Ground Floor, 33 Park Road, Milton, QLD 4064.

During any office closures, MS Queensland will provide an update as to how/when the prize draws will be conducted.

MS Queensland utilise the raffle barrel method to draw prize winners. This method has been approved by the Queensland Office of Liquor and Gaming Regulation.

There are 4 ways to find the draw results:

• The draw results will be posted on our website on the afternoon of the draws. See Past Winners page
• The draw results will be posted on our Facebook Page on the afternoon of the draws.
• We will email you the results if you have an email address on our database and have not unsubscribed from any emails previously.
• You can always call us on 1800 060 210 if you’re having trouble finding the results elsewhere.

Many of our winners don’t want their name/s or photos shared for privacy reasons. However, if any winners are happy for their details to be shared, you’ll be able to see them on our Facebook Page here.

All winners will receive a phone call from MS Queensland shortly after the prize draws have been completed, while they will also receive an official prize notification letter via email. Winning ticket numbers will also be posted on our website and Facebook page on the afternoon of the draw.

MS Autobuy is our automatic ticket program where you can nominate how many tickets you’d like in each MS Limited Edition Art Union and each Exclusive Club draw.

At the opening of each draw, we will automatically debit your securely held credit card to process your reserved ticket(s) and then send you your tickets via email. This means you’ll never miss a draw again!

It saves you time and also makes you eligible for an exclusive MS Autobuy Members Prize in each Art Union.

We utilise the raffle barrel method to draw prize winners. This application has been approved by the Queensland Office of Liquor and Gaming Regulation.

If your credit card has expired and you weren’t allocated ticket/s in a particular draw, you won’t be eligible to be included within the MS Autobuy prize draw. Only actual MS Autobuy tickets numbers are included within the draw.

All tickets sold to MS Autobuy members will also go into a separate draw for a chance to win the members-only bonus prize. That means you’ll have guaranteed tickets, giving you a chance to win the Grand Prize and the MS Autobuy Members Prize!

By becoming an MS Autobuy member you’re also helping us to reduce administration and postage costs, which in turn means we can direct more funds towards supporting the over 5,500 people in Queensland, living with MS.

Yes, MS Autobuy members with reserved ticket(s) that have been processed and issued successfully prior to the Early Bird close will be automatically included in the Early Bird draw.

If your pre-booked ticket payment is declined for reasons such as insufficient funds, expired credit card details etc. then it will be your responsibility to contact us with an alternative payment method prior to the Early Bird close.

Joining is easy! All you need to do to join MS Autobuy is nominate how many tickets you would like in each Art Union and provide us with your credit card details. The MS Limited Edition Art Union is held six times a year. The Exclusive Club draws are held twice a year.

You will receive an email prior to the launch of all draws, so that you’re aware when payment will be processed.

Yes, you can skip an upcoming draw without cancelling your MS Autobuy membership. Please call the MS Queensland Lotteries Team on 1800 060 210 or email autobuy@msle.com.au prior to the launch of the upcoming draw.

However, please be aware that by skipping a draw, you will be ineligible to win the MS Autobuy Members Prize for that particular draw.

You can change or cancel your MS Autobuy membership at any time, without penalty. Simply call the MS Queensland Lotteries Team on 1800 060 210 or email autobuy@msle.com.au

The Exclusive Club draw is held twice a year. These draws have even better odds than MS Limited Edition with only 5,500 tickets!

The best way to automatically secure your tickets in the MS Limited Edition Draws is to become an MS Autobuy member.

All you need to do to join MS Autobuy is nominate how many tickets you would like in each MS Limited Edition Art Union and each Exclusive Club Draw and provide us with your credit card details.

Sometimes customers have issues ordering tickets online. Quite often we find this is a caching issue on the customer’s web browser. Please ensure that you have cleared your internet browsing history as well as the cookies and cache. You should then be able to successfully order your tickets online.

Please follow this link here for instructions on how to clear your history if you’re using a Google Chrome browser. If you are using a different browser it will be a similar process – however, Google Chrome is recommended.

If you provide us with an email address and don’t unsubscribe from any emails, you will be sent your tickets automatically via email, rather than by post.

As we limit the number of tickets we sell, we need to allocate a certain number of sales towards prizes and promotion of the draw. We cannot afford to reduce the funds we raise and still run viable MS Limited Edition and Exclusive Club draw programs. Additionally, many customers feel that it is not fair to reduce ticket prices for a particular segment of people, and therefore we keep all tickets at the same price for everyone.

Although MS Queensland is a registered charity, Art Union tickets are not tax-deductible donations.

Your purchase will be listed as ‘Multiple Sclerosis QLD Dutton Park’ on your bank or credit card statement.

No, ticket purchasers must be aged 18 years and over.

The total prize pool for MS Limited Edition Draw 233 is $190,000

The Grand Prize vehicle includes all on-road costs. Insurance and ongoing servicing are the responsibility of the winner(s).

Delivery of the vehicle is based in Queensland only and may take up to 12 months for delivery.

The ABC Bullion team will contact the winner to create an ABC Bullion account, that is accessible online, 24/7. The online account enables you to view your holdings' value in real-time.

ABC Bullion holds winnings in the form of pool allocated gold, stored at no cost to you. If you wish to sell part or all of your winnings, you can do this by accessing your online account or by calling the ABC Bullion team.

If you would prefer to take physical possession of your winnings, ABC Bullion can arrange this for you over the phone. There is no rush to make a decision; physical metal is an investment. They are happy to hold your winnings at no cost, for as long as you need.

Gold is a highly liquid asset, meaning you can quickly sell the asset to receive your metal's sell price instantly. With Pool allocated, you can sell your metals 24/7 with funds transferred to your bank account within 1 business day of your purchase order being returned.

The purchase order requires you to provide bank account details matching your name to facilitate payment.

Please know that you can negotiate directly with the car dealership if you wish to trade in the vehicle for something else if it’s not your preferred make/model/style. However, these negotiations will be purely between the winner(s) and the dealership. MS Queensland will not enter into this process.

You can always select the gold option, and then purchase a vehicle of your choice at your preferred dealership.

If the winner(s) chooses the cash prize option, they will be required to complete a 100-point identification check. Following this, a bank deposit or bank cheque will be made out to the ticket name holder(s).

Yes, winning ticket numbers for the Early Bird Prize, Grand Prize MS Autobuy Members Prize are still eligible to win another prize category. However, all terms and conditions must be met. For example, you must be an MS Autobuy member to be eligible to win the MS Autobuy Members Prize.

MS Queensland has a Privacy Policy which can be reviewed on the MS Queensland website here. All data (including personal information) held by MS Queensland is stored securely and protected from unauthorised access, interference, modification, disclosure and misuse.

Yes. A permit is issued by the Office of Liquor and Gaming Regulation for all MS Limited Edition draws and Exclusive Club draws. The Art Union License number for MS Limited Edition is 29509.
