Assuming all tickets are sold, each ticket has a 1 in 8,000 chance of winning the Grand Prize. Maximum number of tickets is 8,000. All tickets are $50 each. The total retail value of all prizes is $190,000.
The following persons and their relatives (relatives are defined as spouse, including de facto spouse, parent, child or sibling) are ineligible to purchase tickets for themselves or on behalf of any other person: board members, executive leadership team, ticket fulfillment staff and fundraising staff at MS Queensland; the nominee of the lottery; MSWA Board Members, MSWA Executive Team Members, MSWA Head of Departments, MSWA Marketing Team Members, MSWA Information Systems Team and Ticket Fulfilment Staff, RSM Australia Directors and employees associated with the lottery draw and any staff member who works on the MSWA Account from MSWA’s associated agencies. Minors are not eligible to enter, ticket purchasers must be minimum of 18 years old.
Ticket orders received after the close date/time or sell-out, whichever comes first, will automatically be entered into the next draw unless otherwise advised.

The Promoters’ decision will be final and cannot be contested. No correspondence will be entered into. The Promoters reserve the right to limit entry, discontinue competition or amend rules if considered necessary, without notice (but subject to any required regulatory approval). MS Queensland reserves the right to modify Terms & Conditions at any time. Current ticket holders will always be notified of these changes.
There is an agreement with MSWA Limited (ABN 75638080972) to promote, sell tickets and conduct this raffle for reward.
The completed entry and any information contained thereon shall remain the property of MS Queensland. By participating in this promotion entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
Lottery tickets are not tax deductible.
Draws
All draws will occur at 33 Park Road, Milton, QLD 4064.
MS Queensland utilise the raffle barrel method to draw prize winners. This method has been approved by the Queensland Office of Liquor and Gaming Regulation. Results will also be posted on the MS Limited Edition website on the afternoon of the draw. All winners will receive a phone call from MS Queensland and will also receive an official prize notification via email.
Refunds
MS Queensland will refund your ticket up until the final draw close. Refund requests need to be in writing and either posted to MS Queensland Lotteries Team, Locked Bag 7, Milton QLD 4064 or emailed to lotteries@msle.com.au. Refunds will NOT be approved after the draw close date and time.
Prizes (All)
Each winner is required to complete a 100-point identification check. If the winner chooses not to accept the prize, or if the prize is forfeited, MS Queensland reserves the right not to draw another winner. It will be the winner’s responsibility to redeem the prize from the promoter. No responsibility is accepted for any variation in the value of the prizes. Prize photographs are used for illustration purposes only. Actual prizes may differ.
*Due to State gaming legislation, where prizes are cash, Victorian residents will receive a Corporate Store Gift card from The Corporate Card Store for prizes of $4,999 and under, and Gold Bullion for prizes $5,000 and above.
Gift cards will be supplied as an electronic gift card to the email address on record. If the winner does not have a valid email the gift card will be supplied as a physical card via registered post. The Corporate Card Store Gift Card is not redeemable for cash. All gift cards are accepted at the merchant's discretion.
Cash prizes will be awarded via a bank deposit or bank cheque made out to the ticket name holder(s). This will be received within a maximum of 20 business days after a 100-point identification check has been completed and verified by an MS Queensland representative
Gold prizes will be provided via ABC Bullion, in which an account will be organised within a maximum of 20 business days after a 100-point identification check has been completed and verified by an MS Queensland representative. Gold Bullion valued at price paid on day of purchase. Selling price subject to market variations.
Grand Prize
The Grand Prize winner(s) will have the option of selecting a Maserati Grecale, a holiday to Langkawi and $10,000 cash*, or $160,000 gold. The Grand Prize winner(s) will be given 48-hours from the time of notification to make their decision. If the Grand Prize winner(s) elects to take the vehicle and holiday prize, arrangements between the vehicle dealership/travel agency and the Grand Prize winner(s) will commence immediately to order and arrange delivery of the prize. Delivery of the vehicle may take up to 12 months. The vehicle prize includes all on-road costs. Insurance and ongoing servicing are the responsibility of the winner(s). The holiday package includes: return flights for two to Langkawi, return private transfers, 5 nights’ stay at the amazing St Regis Langkawi, daily breakfast, 1 x couples massage and a $500 resort voucher.
Multi-Ticket Prize
A bonus $10,000 gold will be awarded to the Grand Prize winner(s), given the winner is eligible. To be eligible for the Multi-Ticket Prize, the winner must have purchased 2 or more tickets in draw 233 and have them valid at the time of the Grand Prize draw.
Bonus Prize
Only tickets purchased before Midnight Wednesday, 4 September 2024 will be eligible for the Bonus Prize. The Bonus Prize winner(s) will have the option of selecting a Great Barrier Reef experience for two or $5,000 cash*. The Great Barrier Reef experience includes: return flight for two to Cairns, return private transfers to Sheraton Mirage Port Douglas, 5-night in a King Lagoon View Room including breakfast, Great Barrier Reef snorkelling tour including hotel pick up and drop off
The Bonus Prize winner(s) will be re-entered into the remaining prize draws and will still be eligible to win the Grand Prize and Early Bird Prize. The winner(s) will also still be eligible to win the MS Autobuy Members Prize if they are an MS Autobuy member and hold a ticket in the current draw.
Early Bird Prize
Only tickets purchased before Midnight Wednesday 2 October are eligible for the Early Bird Prize. The Early Bird Prize winner(s) will have the option of selecting either a holiday to
South Korea (RRP $10,000) or $10,000 in cash*. The Early Bird Prize winner(s) will be given 48-hours from the time of notification to make their decision. If the Early Bird winner(s) elects to take the holiday, arrangements between Atlas Travel and the Early Bird Prize winner(s) will commence immediately. The holiday package includes: flights for 2 to Seoul, private return airport transfers, 1 nights’ pre-tour accommodation, 8 day Korea tour with Inspiring Vacations, 1 nights’ post-tour accommodation.
The Early Bird Prize winner(s) will be re-entered and will still be eligible to win the Grand Prize. The winner(s) will also still be eligible to win the MS Autobuy Members Prize if they are an MS Autobuy member and hold a ticket in the current draw.
MS Autobuy Members Prizes
The MS Autobuy Members Prize is a separate draw that consists only of tickets purchased by MS Autobuy members. 2x unique MS Autobuy Members Prize winner(s) will win $2,500 cash*. Once a ticket number is drawn as the winner of one of the MS Autobuy members it will not be put back into the MS Autobuy draw. 2x draws will take place for the MS Autobuy Members. To access the cash, a bank deposit or bank cheque will be made out to the ticket name holder(s). This will be received within a maximum of 20 business days after a 100-point identification check has been completed and verified by an MS Queensland representative.
