MS AUTOBUY - TERMS AND CONDITIONS

MS Queensland conducts the MS Limited Edition Art Union six times a year, and the Exclusive Club Draw twice a year.

As an MS Autobuy member:

  • You authorise MS Queensland to automatically debit your nominated, and securely held, credit card prior to the launch of each MS Limited Edition Art Union and/or Exclusive Club Draw for the amount of tickets specified when registering for an MS Autobuy membership, until further notice. This will occur for each of the MS Limited Edition Art Unions ($50 per ticket) and Exclusive Club Draws ($100 per ticket).
  • Once your credit card payment is approved, your ticket(s) will be emailed to your nominated email address, which was provided at the time of registration.
  • If the payment is declined, for reasons such as insufficient funds, expired credit card details, a dispute, and so on, then MS Queensland cannot guarantee you a ticket(s) for the forthcoming MS Limited Edition Art Union or Exclusive Club Draw. It is your responsibility to contact MS Queensland with an alternative payment method by calling 1800 060 210.
  • Your nominated amount of ticket(s) will be repeated in every draw you have selected, until further notice.
  • Your ticket(s) number is randomly selected, and ticket numbers cannot be pre-selected.
  • You can adjust the number of selected tickets for the MS Limited Edition Art Union and/or Exclusive Club Draw without having to re-join by contacting MS Queensland on 1800 060 210 or emailing autobuy@msle.com.au
  • It is your responsibility to notify MS Queensland of any changes to your credit card and personal details by contacting us on 1800 060 210 or emailing autobuy@msle.com.au
  • You can cancel your membership at any time, without penalty, by contacting MS Queensland on 1800 060 210 or emailing autobuy@msle.com.au
  • The full terms and conditions of MS Limited Edition Draw 230 apply.
  • MS Queensland will refund your ticket purchase up to the day prior to the draw close date if you change your mind. Refund requests must be received by MS Queensland the day before the prize draw to be processed. Refund requests need to be in writing and either posted to the MS Queensland Lotteries Team, Locked Bag 7, Milton QLD 4064 or emailed to lotteries@msle.com.au. Refunds will NOT be approved after the prize draw close date and time.

MS Limited Edition Art Union Draw 230 – MS Autobuy Trade Promotions - Terms and Conditions

  • The name of this promotion is the “MS Limited Edition Art Union MS Autobuy Members Prize”.
  • The promoter is The Multiple Sclerosis Society of Queensland ABN 56 731 473 412 of 33 Park Road, Milton, QLD 4064
  • Instructions on how to enter and prize details form part of these terms and conditions.
  • By participating in this promotion entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
  • Entries into the draw will be accepted from Thursday, 4 April 2024, until the promotion closes at midnight Wednesday, 15 May or until tickers are sold out.
  • The MS Autobuy Members Prize will be drawn at 2pm on Friday, 17 May 2024.
  • Entry can be made via this method: An MS Autobuy member must include MS Limited Edition Art Unions in their MS Autobuy membership and have at least 1 (one) ticket in the current draw (230).
  • MS Queensland utilise the raffle barrel method to draw prize winners. This method has been approved by the Queensland Office of Liquor and Gaming Regulation.
  • There will be 2x unique MS Autobuy Member Prize winner(s) in Draw 230, each winner will win $2,500 Cash (AUD)
  • To allow the transfer of the prize, a deposit or bank cheque will be made out to the ticket name holder(s). This will be received within a maximum of 20 business days after a 100-point identification check has been completed and verified by an MS Queensland representative.
  • The winners will be notified by telephone and email by a representative of MS Queensland after the prize draw.
  • The winner(s) first name and ticket number will be announced on the MS Limited Edition Art Union website and Facebook Page within 24-hours of confirming the winner.
  • If the winner chooses not to accept the prize, or if the prize is forfeited, MS Queensland reserves the right not to draw another winner.
  • It will be the winner’s responsibility to redeem the prize from the promoter.
  • No responsibility is accepted for any variation in the value of the prize.
  • Prize photographs are used for illustration purposes only. Actual prizes package inclusions may differ.
  • By participating in this promotion, participants signify their acceptance of all conditions.
  • The following persons and their relatives (relatives are defined as spouse, including de facto spouse, parent, child or sibling) are ineligible to purchase tickets for themselves or on behalf of any other person: board members, executive leadership team, ticket fulfillment staff and fundraising staff at MS Queensland; the nominee of the lottery; MSWA Board Members, MSWA Executive Team Members, MSWA Head of Departments, MSWA Marketing Team Members, MSWA Information Systems Team and Ticket Fulfilment Staff, RSM Australia Directors and employees associated with the lottery draw and any staff member who works on the MSWA Account from MSWA’s associated agencies. Minors are not eligible to enter, ticket purchasers must be minimum of 18 years old.
  • MS Queensland and associated agencies accept no responsibility for any loss, damage, accident, death or injury resulting from the promotion, and all contestants release from, and indemnify MS Queensland against any claim they may have in respect of all liability, cost, loss or expense arising out of acceptance of any prize or participation in the competition including (but not limited to) loss of income, personal injury and damage to property and whether direct or consequential, foreseeable, due to some negligent act or omission or otherwise.
  • The Promoters’ decision will be final and cannot be contested. No correspondence will be entered into.
  • The Promoters reserve the right to limit entry, discontinue competition or amend rules if considered necessary, without notice (but subject to any required regulatory approval).
  • The completed entry and any information contained thereon shall remain the property of MS Queensland.

MS Autobuy Loyalty Prize

This is a separate prize draw which follows the “MS Limited Edition Art Union Draw 230 – MS Autobuy Trade Promotions - Terms and Conditions” and includes the following conditions.

  • The MS Autobuy Loyalty Prize is a separate draw that consists of those members who have signed up or have an existing MS Autobuy Membership under the same name and email address with a minimum of 1 ticket in each draw LE230 and LE231.
  • MS Autobuy Membership must be continuous over the 2 draws and if a member was to cancel and rejoin over this period they would no longer be eligible in the draw incentive.
  • The MS Autobuy Loyalty Prize will be drawn on Friday 28 June 2024 . The Prize will be $5,000 cash.
  • The Promoters’ decision will be final and cannot be contested. No correspondence will be entered into.
  • The Promoters reserve the right to limit entry, discontinue competition or amend rules if considered necessary, without notice (but subject to any required regulatory approval).
  • The completed entry and any information contained thereon shall remain the property of MS Queensland.
